Show Contractors set annual meet January 13, 14 A number of Springville contractors con-tractors are planning to attend the 45th annual convention of the Utah Chapter of the Associated As-sociated General Contractors in Salt Lake, January 13 and 14. The meetings will be held in the Hotel Utah with Wally Christiansen, Salt Lake City, president of the chapter, presiding. pre-siding. A feature of the convention will be a discussion by state leaders on the subject "A look at and the outlook for contractors." contrac-tors." Speakers on the topic will be Henry C. Helland, director di-rector of highways, and Glen R. Swenson, director of the building board. Also on the morning program will be a talk by Verl G. Dixon, mayor of Provo, on "The advantages of doing municipal construction by the contract method." At the meeting the contractors will pass resolutions and hear the annual report of Mr. Christiansen. Chris-tiansen. At the noon luncheon the AGC will hear from the new leaders of Utah's legislature. This will include Haven J. Barlow, Bar-low, president of the Senate: and Franklin W.
