Show Service units call local men A news release from the Selective Se-lective Service board office in Spanish Fork, this week, states that Spingville men, Terry C. Gavin, Larry C. Roun-dy, Roun-dy, Donald M. Peterson, Theo L. Hicks, Robert J. Ogilvie have all been released from the service. Gavin, Roundy and Peterson Pe-terson served in the navy; Hicks in the army and Ogilvie in the Air Force. Entering the navy is Terry L. Swanson and in the army are Stanley R. Jackson and John L. Hansen. Recently enlisted in a reserve unit from Springville, are Richard Rich-ard W. Anderson, Jack L. Day-bell Day-bell and Howard D. Eves. Some of the finest soil in the world exists in Iowa where more than 90 per cent of the land is devoted to farming.
