Annual SMS Junior Prom phnmd Saturday nmM Unusual and beautiful -decorations including a colorful mural will highlight the annual high school Junor Prom to be held Saturday evening, April 16, in the gym. The public is invited to view the decorations from 7 to 7:30 p.m., the evening of the dance workng.on the event, express their appreciation also to Richard Drollinger, class advisor ad-visor for his assistance with the dance and assembly plans. The Junior Prom is an annual an-nual formal affair, enjoyed by students and parents alike. All interested are invited to attend. and parents will- receive invitations invi-tations to attend the floor show only. The dance will begin be-gin at 8:30 p.m., with music by Ron-Green Quintet. Members of the class of 1967, have worked many hours to make the dance a success and to make it and the assembly assem-bly the best of the year. The public is invited to the assemblies assem-blies beginning at 9:45 and 10:15 a.m. The mural for the dance was desig-ned by Mike Wilkinson and painted by Allan Watts, Karma Lynn, prom chairman, Suanne Johnson and Glenn Bird. Theme of the dance is "Once Upon a Time," and the assembly assem-bly will be based on, "Cinderella." "Cinder-ella." Stared in the assembly are Mary Ann Nielson, Jerry Cobb, Karen Goble, Tinka Bartholomew, Bar-tholomew, and Diane Perry. The script for the assembly is by Claudia Holdaway and Car-olee Car-olee Eberhard. Carolee is chairman chair-man and Claudia is director. Nancy Zobell and Kathie Oller-ton Oller-ton designed the scenery for the program and some expensive expen-sive and appropriate props are being furnished by G. S. Wood Mercantile.
