Show ; i LAalJ Ralph John Peay, Mapleton, going to Guatemala El Salvador Sal-vador LDS mission field, will be given farewell Sunday. Farewell set Sunday for Mapleton man Ralph John Peay, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph H. Peay of Mapleton, has accepted a call to serve in the Guatemala El Salvador LDS mission. He enters the mission home January Janu-ary 24. A farewell in his honor is to be held in the Mapleton Second Ward services, Sunday at 7 p.m. Speakers on the program include in-clude Ruel E. Crandall of Ko-lob Ko-lob Stake presidency and Mays Anderson, bishop of the Sixth Ward. Bishop Carlos Hjorth of the Mapleton Second Ward and parents will make remarks and the missionary will respond. re-spond. There will be a vocal selection selec-tion by a ladies trio composed of Mary Ann Nielson, Janie Snelson and Kattie Strong. Evelyn Allan will give prelude and postlude music and the congregation will sing other numbers. Gary Nielson will give the invocation and Robert A. Hutchings, Hut-chings, the benediction. |
