After stealing the car in Provo and coming to Springville, the youths were surprised in the act of entering Intennountain Farmers plant on South Main by Manager Arvil Bird and Don Miner, who chased the youths as they fled in the stolen car. The automobile reportedly report-edly struck a cement culvert, uprooting it, and flipped the car over. It was demolished. The boys ran from the scene but were apprehended by citizens in the area before the police arrived.
