Show Hospital films shown tonight Townspeople who would like to learn just how the new 200-bed emergency hospital in the basement of the junior high school, works, how it looks and why it may someday become m u c h-needed equipment, equip-ment, are invited to see a film on the subject. The film is being sponsored free of charge by the Civil Defense Hospital people and the Springville Jaycees, this evening (Thursday) at 7 p.m., at the junior high auditorium. Officials wll be in attendance from Salt Lake City to explain the films. The Jaycees have taken over ov-er the hospital as a project and members will be trained on use and maintenance of the equipment in case of an emergency. emer-gency. Kiwanis installs Kiwanis will install new officers of-ficers this evening at a ladies nght program beginning at 7 p.m., at Memorial Hall. Lt. Gov. Jack Swenson of Spanish Fork, will officiate. Music will be by Robert Peirce with Mrs. Maurice Bird, accompanist. Robert Sumsion will be installed instal-led president succeding Maurice Bird, who will preside at the meeting. |
