Show r- " ' I ... j '"v 1 . f . 1 K t 1 ' v V Stephen Eugene Dalton, going go-ing to Texas Mission, will be given farewell Sun. evening Farewell set Sunday for Stephen Dalton Stephen Eugene Dalton, son of Oliver and Jessie J. Dalton, has been called from the Second Sec-ond Ward, to serve an LDS Mission in Texas. His farewell will be held Sunday evening, January 17, at 6:30 p.m., in the Second-Eighth Ward Chapel. He enters the mission home, Salt Lake City, January 18. The program arranged for the farewell will include as speakers, President Ernest A. Strong, Jr., of Kolob Stake, and Robert O. Dalton, brother of the missionary. There will be remarks by Bishop Morgan M. Thomas and by parents of the missionary and the missionary will respond. A musical selection will be given by a brother David Dalton Dal-ton and his wife, Donna. Prelude Pre-lude and postude music will be by Mrs. Wilda Oakley. The invocation will be by Rex Wardle and the benediction benedic-tion by Jan W. Dalton. Other missionaries serving from the Second Ward are: Newell H. Rigtrup, New Zealand, Zea-land, South; Lark M. Allen, Western Canada; Roger Wilson, Wil-son, Southwest British; Gary R. Peirce, Peru; Steven A. Bird, Southern Australia; Lela S. Nelson, stake mission. |
