Letter to the public: Two years ago the city council coun-cil employed the service of Dale Despain, a professional city planning architect, who was given the assignment of developing a master plan for Springville City. He identified several features for future community development, including in-cluding a projection of a future fu-ture site for a new high school. After receiving approval of the council, Mr. Despain was directed to explain the master plan to the members of the Ne-bo Ne-bo School District Board of Education. Ed-ucation. On his advise they proceeded pro-ceeded immediately to purchase the land indicated on the plan.
