Show Part of outing rained out; rescheduled Part of the annual sportsman's sports-man's outing will be staged at a later date because all of the activities of last Sunday were rained out, according to Garth Killpack, president of the Springviile -Mapleton Wildlife Federation. All prizes and activities ac-tivities of this day will be set later. Saturday's activities at the outing were heid as scheduled. The tour of the area was conducted con-ducted by Don Ward, district ranger from the Spanish Fork office. He ,was the speaker also for the evening program along with Casey Bown of the state fisll and game de- partment. Prizes given at the program went to Gary Averetc, David Giles, Steven Elder, Glen Ward, Janet Wimber, Jim Da-mico Da-mico and Mrs. Casey Bown. Gifts were presented by the following merchants : Gift Shop, Bakery, Spr. Barbers, SOS, Quality Cleaners, Pen-neys, Pen-neys, Craguns. Collin Allen won the 22 re-vover re-vover drawing. Oran Hatfield got the spin casting outfit. Jerry Sermersheim won the $5.00 gift certificate from Wrights. Mr. Killpack expressed expres-sed appreciation for ihe help by his committee and for the donations by the Springviile merchants. |
