Show iSpringville man takes bride from Connecticut I .5A wedding of interest to latives and friends here was at of Miss Linda Sherer, iughter of Mr. and Mrs. Car-j Car-j J. Sherer of West Hartford, inn., and Larry Peay, son of Mrs. June Peay of this city and the late Clyde Peay. The ceremony took place at Bloomfield, Conn., June (?, and the couple was honored with a reception following the cere- mony in that city. Mrs. Peay went from Springville to attend at-tend the weddir.g and reception. recep-tion. The couple came here after the wedding for a two weeks visit and a trip to the canyons can-yons of southern Utah. They returned Sunday to Granby, Conn, to make their home, where the groom is an instructor instruc-tor on nuclear power. During their stay here, Mr. Peay introduced his new bride to relative j and friends at a delightfully , arranged open house in the garden of the Otto Ivie home. For the wedding and reception recep-tion in Connecticut, the bride chose a gown of satin finished silk organza .mi re-embroidered Alecon lace. Pearl-etched lace formed the portrait neckline neck-line of the basque bodice, designed de-signed with tapered sleeves and a separate court train held by roses over a dome-shaped skirt. Her full-flowing veil was arranged ar-ranged to a pill-box embroidered embroid-ered with seed pearls and she carried an orchid with steph-anotis steph-anotis and ivy. The matron of honor and bridesmaids wore c o c t a i 1 length gowns of organza over taffetta, the matron of honor in a nector shade and the bridesmaids, nile green. The reception line also included in-cluded parents of the couple, best man to the groom and ushers. ; , ' ' !
