Elaborate plans are underway under-way by the Springville First LDS Ward, to stage a big Fourth of July celebration in Springville, it was announced this week by David Gledhill, bishop of the ward, who with his counselors, Leon Biarnson and Stanley Burningham, are acting as general chairmen. The celebration will get underway un-derway Friday, July 3, with a miniature parade at 5 p.m., on Main Street. It will assemble on First East and will be made up mostly of Primary age children, chil-dren, representing those cf the 14 wards in the two stakes and also from the Community Church. Every child who participates will be given a prize and there will also be a prize given for the ward with the best float and a prize to the ward with the most children participating participat-ing on a membership percentage percent-age basis.
