Local real estate company announces new association CEDAR CITY - W. Da llin Gardner, president-broker of GO Real Estate, Inc., recently announced the company's association with the builder network of Interstate Homes, Inc. Gardner said: "We are enthusiastic about our association with the largest single-plant producer of homes in the Intermountain West. With the long-lasting experience that we have had irf the pre-built housing industry, we now feel that we can provide housing that's more affordable and has higher standards of quality than ever before." GO Real Estate will be serving Cedar City and other parts of the State and Nevada, with offices currently in Cedar City, Richfield, St. George LaVerkin and Milford, and with representatives in other communities in southern Utah and southeastern Nevada. Tom C. Davis, vice president of Interstate, said of the new association: "We are certainly excited to announce that Go Real Esate has chosen to join our organization. As a builder in Southern Utah for the past ten years, GO has been by far the largest builder of single family housing units in this area of the Sate." Earlier this year, Interstate In-terstate put into full production its "Interstate Center," where all their homes are currently being produced. With its new $9,000,000 manufacturing operation, the company has the capacity of producing 66 housing units per week. This has already provided for a full 10 percent reduction in the cost of each home. With this automated system of producing these homes, these costs will be reduced by an even greater degree, said Davis. |
