Show Kay Ahlstrom KAY N. AHLSTROM, 61, former Cedar City resident, died June 27, 1981, of injuries suffered in an airplane crash. He was born April 13, 1920, in Cedar City to John Alonzo and Minerva Neilsen Ahlstrom. He married Ruth Robison on April 12, 1941, in the LDS Manti Temple. They were later divorced. He was active in the Civil Air Patrol and was an insurance claims estimator. He was an active member of the LDS Church and a member of SOCOTWA (boating and jeeping) organization. Survivors include four children: Laura Barnes, Highland, Utah; Kent Ahlstrom, Salt Lake; Eileen Sieber and Mary Ann Roberts, Jr., both of Salt Lake. Also surviving are eleven grandchildren; three sisters: Grace Ence, Leah Pundt and Vera Leigh; and one brother, June Ahlstrom. Funeral services will be today at 1 p.m. in the Taylorsville 20th Ward, 2603 West 4700 South. Burial and graveside services will be in Cedar City Friday at 1 p.m." |
