Show Sheep Day slated The first Utah State University Biannual Sheep Day will be Sept. 2-3 2-3 at the Southern Utah State College campus and at the USU-SUSC Valley Farm three miles west of Cedar City. Animal Science Professor Warren C. Foote, USU, is directing the Sheep Day, sponsored by USU in cooperation with the U.S. Sheep Experiment Station, Dubois, Idaho; the University of Nevada, Reno; and the Utah Wool Growers, Salt Lake City. He said this event has been planned and organized by sheep producers to provide them with pertinent, practical information to help improve their production. A $10 registration fee will include the Sheepherders Supper and the . proceedings to be published and distributed at the beginning of the event. |
