PRINCE Record Correspondent Visiting recently with Mr. and Mrs. Verl Kelsey were Viola's sister and her brother-in-law, Beth and Gene Gregerson, of Boulder City, Nev., President and Mrs. Orvil Carnahan of Cedar City, Mr. and Mrs. Vernal Sorenson of Redding, Calif., and Othel Sorenson of Seatle, Washington. Mr. and Mrs. Dean Hall attended the baptismal services Sunday in Cedar City. Their granddaughter grand-daughter Becky Sue Schlossee, daughter of Herb and Berdeen Schlossee, was baptised into the LDS church Sunday they attended sacrament meeting, and Dean confirmed her a member of the church. Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Prince and daughters spent the weekend in Salt Lake with their friends, Mr. and Mrs. Leu Mosseley, and visited their sister, Wilma Lynch, and Masco Grant. They also attended the circus. Several attended the football game in St. George between Cedar City Redmen and the Dixie Flyer's. Brent Prince returned home after spending a few days in Grantsville visiting his sister and brother-in-law Carol and Randy Addie. Mr. and Mrs. Kendall Kelsey and Roland Prince and a friend, Kendall Smith, of Cedar City visited their parents Mr. and Mrs. Ted Kelsey and Mr. and Mrs. Vivian Prince. Mr. and Mrs. Dean Hall, Mr. and Mrs. Cannon Huntsman and Sheldon Op traveled to the St. "George Temple Monday to have their picture taken with the Temple workers. Mr. and Mrs. E. Swtzer have returned home after spending a few weeks in California attending to business. The Swtzer's spend the summers here. Visiting her children, Eugene and Susan Davis, is Susan's mother, Mrs. Ethel Marine of Los Angeles, Calif. Eugene Davis spent a few days in California visiting friends and relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Goodman and son spent Tuesday in Las Vegas, Nev. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Beatty and family traveled to Provo last week to see their son, Elder Corry Beatty, leave to enter the mission field. Mrs. Annette Hohn and family of California spent the weekend here with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Darce Prince, and to visit her daughter Ronett who is here attending Cedar High and staying with her grandparents. Mr. and Mrs. Junior Selby of Cedar City visited Saturday with Vivian and Marva Prince. Mr. and Mrs. Michael Williams and son, Aaron, and Michaels mother, Carma Williams, visited Friday with their sister and aunt, Marva Prince. Elvin and Gary Prince were home over the weekend to visit their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Vivian Prince. Both are attending BYU. |
