Show Mrs. Nettie K.' Morris returned Sunday from spending ten days in Cedar City and Newcastle with her daughter, Mrs. Bud Kunz and her mother, Mrs. Belle Knell and other relatives. J. M. Mrs. Oscar Myers and children of Good Springs spent Friday over Sunday in St. George at the home of her mother, Mrs. Charles Barnum. Nelson left Wednesday for California on business with Mr. and Mrs. Mil-ford Mil-ford Barnum of Central. The two couples plan to return this week end. Ot. .K. M. A If -rf- Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Fen'ton left Wednesday for Salt Lake City on business and will return the end of this week. Mrs. Evan D. Walters and baby returned this week to her home in San Gabriel, Calif., having spent two weeks in St. George, where she came to attend the funeral services of her father, Edmund Ed-mund Harper. Her sister-in-law, Mrs. Ross Harper, and brother, Kenneth Harper, accompanied her. Mrs. Walters buried her husband in San Gabriel early in June. Mr. and Mrs. Bert Fawcett of Basic, Nev., announce the birth of a daughter,Sunday, Sept. 19. The baby is a granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Claud Cannon of this city. Mrs. M. W. Andrus returned last Saturday from a three-weeks' vacation spending part of the time with her son, Richard and family in Bell, Calif., and last week in Las Vegas with" her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. William Worthen, who returned re-turned with her, spending SunT day with Mr. Worthen's mother, Mrs. Mayme Worthen. H. C. Cottam returned early Wednesday morning from a short business trip to Salt Lake City and Springville. Mrs. Eddie Jones and children returned Tuesday from Salt Lake City where they have been for several weeks. Miss Charlotte Morris arrived this (Thursday) morning from Los Angeles for a two-weeks' vacation va-cation with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Claud Morris. |
