Show llOOTILLE Mrs. Philetus Jones Mrs. Newell DeMille Reporters Miss Marcia Terry left last week for St. George to stay with her sister, Mrs. Bill Bleak. Mr. and Mrs. Leo Canfield of St. George are guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Irad De-Mille, De-Mille, parents of Mrs. .Canfield. Mrs. Margie Langston visited Monday with Mrs. Eva Hirschi. Jacob Dalton spent the week end home from his work in Las Vegas. Recent guests of Mr. and Mrs. Guy DeMille were S.Sgt. and Mrs. Worth Wood from Camp Forrest, Tenn., Mr. and Mrs. Or-lin Or-lin Frehner of Mesquite, and S.Sgt. and Mrs .Howard Savage from Camp Carson, Colo. The three women are daughters of Mr. and Mrs. DeMille. Mr. and Mrs. Cleo Sullivan and family of St. George were Sunday visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Hirschi. Mr. and Mrs. Asael Stout and children visited Monday with Mrs. Stout's mother, Mrs. Letitia Henderson, Hen-derson, enroute from Boulder City to Provo, where Mr. Stout has transferred in defense work. Mr. and Mrs. Bud Green and son of Phoenix, are guests of Mr. and Mrs. Heber Hirschi this week. Mr. and Mrs. Rulon Jones and son, Arthur, are here from Ogden to visit two weeks and assist Edward Ed-ward Jones with his fall work, since he is still incapacitated from injuries received in a runaway accident several weeks ago. Mrs. Max Flickens and son returned re-turned to their home in May-wood, May-wood, Calif., last week after visiting vis-iting a month with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Levi DeMille. Linden Heaton of Hurricane and Vernon Church of LaVerkin were speakers in our Sacrament meeting last Sunday. Both gave very good sermons which were enjoyed. James Jennings returned Sunday Sun-day from Salt Lake City, where he has been for medical attention. Mrs. Charles Walker of St. George is here to spend several weeks with her children, visiting and on business. Mr. and Mrs. Merlin Hirschi and daughter of Long Beach were Wednesday visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Newell DeMille. Mr. and Mrs. Edward Jones. Mr. and Mrs. Rulon Jones and Fawn DeMille- spent Sunday in Washington visiting relatives. Mrs. Rulon Jones remaining for the week. - v |
