Show Rockville Puts Over Red Cross Drive In Unique Way; Reaches Quota ROCKVILLE, Utah. The 1944 Red Cross Membership drive in Rockville provided a unique setup. Instead of committees canvassing the town, the collection centers were set up and people brought in their contributions, and were given their receipts, tags and window cards. During the first afternoon, more than $150.00 was contributed, and the second day totals brought in carried the town well over their quota. The Rockville committee extend appreciation to the townsfolk towns-folk for their generous and patriotic patri-otic response in this drive and for lessening the work of the committee. |
