Show VEYO Thelma Chadbum Reporter W. Vaughn Jones has been confined con-fined to his home the past week with flu. He is some better but is in a weak condition. Mrs. Charles Bledsoe has returned re-turned to Compton, Calif., after spending the past week here with her parents. Her father, Lem S. Leavitt is much improved but he isn't able to do anything yet. Several from here attended the dance at.Gunlock Thursday night in honor of the boys in the service. Elmer Chadburn has employ- j ment at the Smith's ranch. The Relief Society gave an interesting program in Sacrament meeting. Mrs. Kleon Winsor spent Sun- j day here with her parents from ; St. George where she is employed. I Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Smith and children of Summit visited their parents here last week. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Renouf, Rich- ard and Helen Bowler have returned re-turned from Los Angeles where they spent the past ten days visiting visit-ing and on business. Mr. Dobbins has been very sick with a bad case of flu. It is reported re-ported that he is slowly improving. John H. Bowler and his son, Milton are on a business trip to Las Vegas. |
