Show BUNKERYILLE, Nev. Mrs. Mary II. Leavitt Reporter Herbert Waite is reported very much improved this week. He was seriously ill most of last week so members of his family were summoned. Lee and Denzil Waite with their wives, came from Idaho and another son, Rodney, who was in the service at Great Bend, Kansas, came the following day. They were happy to see their father improving. They returned to their homes on Tuesday. A social was given in honor of the visiting Waites on Monday j evening by the young married . people of the town. Sgt. Lynn Adams is home on furlough from his base in Ken-j tucky. His wife has been with him for the past few weeks. He will leave for overseas in a few days. Mrs. Sadie Pulsipher is here with her granddaughter, Mrs. Dorothy Waite. She lives in Hurricane Hur-ricane with her daughter. Mr. and Mrs. George Truman of Enterprise were visitors at the home of Mrs. Luella Leavitt on Sunday. They had been to San Francisco to see a son that is located there. Mrs. Mary H. Leavitt received word from her son, Pfc. Francis Leavitt that he is due for over-sea's over-sea's duty and that he will sail from Seattle or San Francisco. He was given seven days to bring his wife and baby back to Ogden where she will stay with her parents par-ents for the present. They have been with him for about a year in Great Bend, Kansas.
