Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer Engi-neer to appropriate or change water in Washington County throughout the entire year, unless otherwise designated, all locations being from SLB&M. TO CHANGE: a-1901 Heber R. Truman, Enterprise, Utah, proposes to change the point of diversion and nature of use of 1.5 sec. ft. of water right acquired by Application Applica-tion No. 15465. The water was diverted from a 16-in. well, 150 ft. deep, located at a point E. 1155 ft. from SW cor., Sec. 1, T37S, R17W., and used from May 1st to September 1st to irrigate 160 acres of land embraced in SW, Sec. 1, T37S, R17W. Hereafter, the above quantity of water will be diverted from a 16-in. well, 150 ft. deep, at a point N. 31 ft. and E. 1250 ft. from SW Cor., Sec. 1, T37S, R17W, and used from May 1st to September 1st to irrigate 160 acres of land described above. TO APPROPRIATE: 16217 George B. Wilson, Hurricane, Hur-ricane, Utah, 1.0 sec. ft. of water for irrigation use, from Gould's Wash, tributary to Virgin River, to Colorado River, at a point N. 990 ft. from SE Cor., Sec. 33, T41S, R13W. The water will be used to irrigate 50 acres of land embraced in NSE," SWNE-, SWNE-, SENWy4, Sec 33, T41S, R13W. 16635 Emil J. Graff, Hurricane, Hurri-cane, Utah, 3.0 sec. ft. of water for irrigation use, from a 12-in. well, bet. 75 and 300 ft. deep, at a point S. 95 ft. and E. 1064 ft. from NW Cor., Sec. 20, T38S, R12W. The water will be used from April 15th to October 15th to irrigate 200 acres of land embraced em-braced in ENEV4, Sec. 19, NW, Sec. 20, T38S, R12W. 16650 E. Penn Smith, Box 338, St. George, Utah, .20 sec. ft. of water for miscellaneous use from a tunnel, at a point S. 726 ft. and E. 518 ft. from NW Cor. of NE-NW'A, NE-NW'A, Sec. 20, T42S, R15W. The water will be conveyed in a pipe line a distance of 1743 ft. where it will be used for domestic, milling, mill-ing, stock-watering and irrigation purposes. 16710 Roswell DeMill, Rock-ville, Rock-ville, Utah, .07 sec. ft. of water for irrigation use from Grape Vine Spring, tributary to Virgin Rvier at a point S. 85 deg. 53 min. E. 5720 ft. from WVi Cor., Sec. 19, T42S, R10W. The water will be collected in a concrete head box and conveyed a distance of 15840 ft. by means of in. and 2-in. pipe line and equalizing reservoir where it will be used to irrigate 30 acres of land embraced em-braced in SWU, Sec. 6, T42S, R10W, and SV2, Sec. 1, T42S, R11W, and for year-round incidental inci-dental domestic and stock-watering. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications, applica-tions, with reason therefor, must be in affidavit form, with extra copy, and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1, Utah, on or before October 6, 1945.
