Show 5 MESQUITE, Nev. - Mrs. Daisy L. Eeber Reporter f Carl Woodbury of Las Vegas visited here Sunday at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. Woodbury. Miss Frances Hawkins has returned re-turned from Provo where she spent the summer with her sister, Mrs. Randall Frehner. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Hughes have returned to their home from Pine Valley, where they spent the summer. Mr. and Mrs. J. Lewis Pulsipher, Pulsi-pher, Mr. and Mrs. James Pulsipher, Pulsi-pher, and Fenton Frehner spent last week in California. Visiting with their mother, Mrs. Mary Reber this, this week-end, were Miss Caroline Reber of Las Vegas, and Mr. and Mrs. Merril' Barnum and family of Pioche. Miss Fern Hughes returned to her home here from Washington, D.C., last week, where she spent the summer with her sister, Mrs. Fred Woods. Arthur Hughes and sons Wesley and Francis, left for Blanding last week. Wesley will remain there with his family to teach this winter. Mrs. Thelma Abbott was taken to Las Vegas Saturday night with an acute attack of appendictis. Mrs. Minerva McKnight of Little-field Little-field is here taking care of her family. The Misses Carol and Ellet. Hafen have returned home from Salt Lake City, where they have been visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Hafen. T. E. Walker and Calvin Reber spent Friday and Saturday in Las Vegas on business. Mr. and Mrs. Orson Leavitt spent the week-end on a trip to Salt Lake City. |
