OCR Text	Show Special Bond Drive At Elementary School Results In Big Sales Pearl Harbor anniversary furnished furn-ished impetus for a special drive in the sale and purchase of War Stamps and Bonds within the Elementary school, says Principal Vernon Worthen. Besides their personal purchases, the children sold more than $50.00 worth of stamps about town on Dec. 7. Their class room totals up to Tuesday were in excess of $1900. being an increase of nearly $500 during the week. Rehearsals for the Christmas program are going forward in fine shape, say those in charge, and the program will be presented pre-sented in the Elementary gym Tuesday evening, Dec. 22, at 7:30 p. m. Since there is no M. I. A. scheduled for that evening, pa-torns pa-torns will find this program available avail-able and are cordially invited to attend.
