Show M EL YIN WITTWER, FORMER SANTA CLARA RESIDENT IS VISITOR AT NEWS OFFICE Melvin Wittwer, superintendent of Beaver county schools and former for-mer Santa Clara resident, was a visitor at the News office last Friday, Fri-day, February 14. His visit brought to mind the fact that he was one of those who received, a citation from General Pershing for the bravery of Mobile Mo-bile Hospital No. 2, of which he was a member during the World War. Following is the citation as it appeared in the November 28, 1918 issue of the News: "General Hdqrs. A. E. F. France, Aug. IS, 191S. "From: Commander in Chief. "To: Capt. Fordyce B. St. John.
