Show ROCKVILLE Mrs. William Bringhurst of To-querville To-querville and Mrs. Miles Earl of Virgin are here on account of the, serious illness of their mother, Mrs. Alice Dalton. Her sou, Les-j ter Dalton and wife of Santa Ana. California came last Friday to be with her. She is slowly improving improv-ing but is still very ill. The small son of Alma DeMill was rushed to Cedar City hospital j with appendicitis. He is recovei-j ; ing now. Mrs. Alton Jones and daughtei. Alyce are visiting relatives in St. George this week. Glen Graff left for Logan Sunday Sun-day in company of our county agricultural ag-ricultural agent and others to at-, tend a convention there. Our community playground and WPA project is going along line. The home f Henry Hirschi is nearly ready for the plasterers and will be a very nice little place when finished. Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Jennings are both sick. Mr. and .Mrs. Paul Worthen and children of Minersville were visiting visit-ing Mrs. Worthen's parents, Mr. and Mrs. P. Jones last week. Oscar DeMill and Afton Ballard returned home tSunday evening after af-ter spending several days as home missionaries at Toquerville. Arch Ballard is getting ready to build. Miss Phyllis Gibson O'f Hurricane Hurri-cane is here working for Stephen Jennings. Mrs. Edward Jones of Grafton is on the sick list. |
