Attention of Washington lounty Citizens Directed to National Sanitation p. 4 t t e n ti on of the people of Washington County is directed to the fact that there has been a community sanitation project operating op-erating in the county for the past eight -months that this service is extended to any and every one who operates an outside toilet The project is not. a local one but a national one and is sponsored by the U. S. Public Health Service Ser-vice in conjunction with the Utah State Board of Health.
