Cf Sec. 19 T i' h wmT" SU B' & M- The water will be released from storage from Jan. 1st to Dec. 31st incl. of each year at a point S. 200 ft. from the center of the impounding dam conveyed by tunnel through Hurricane Hur-ricane Ledge and used to generate gener-ate 7,500 H.P. of electrical energy for consumption in Washington, Kane and Iron Counties, Utah and in Mohave County, Arizona'. After being so used, the water will be returned to the natural channel chan-nel of Gould Wash at a point S 1900 ft. and E. 1300 ft. from the inw cor. sec. 2, T. 42 iS., R. 13 W., S.L.B. & m. or when needed for irrigation purposes under Applications Ap-plications Nos. 11784 and 11785, will be released into a canal at a point which bears S. 2000 ft. and E. 1300 ft. of said NW cor. Sec. 2, and conveyed therein to Bench Lake Reservoir. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 11786. All protests against the granting grant-ing of said application, stating the reasons therefor, shall be submitted submit-ted in affidavit form and in duplicate, dupli-cate, accompanied by a fee of 11.00 and filed in this office within with-in 30 days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
