Show (.U VH KOMXEY PASSES AWAY IX CHUIHUAHU-V MEXICO OCTOBER ltl. Gladys McAllister Romney, daughter of Mrs. Agatha W. McAllister, Mc-Allister, died of typhoid fever on October 13 at her home in Colonia Chuihuahua, Mexico Gladys McAllister was born, at tt. George, April S, 1900, a daughter of Joseph W. and Agatha Aga-tha Walker McAllister. She spent ner girlhood here attending the Woodward school and later graduated grad-uated from high school and the Dixie College. She was married on August 31, 1922 ir the St. George Temple to Frank Romney of Colonia Dublan, Chihuahua, Mexico. Besides her husband and seven children she is survived by her mother and the following brothers broth-ers and sisters: Warren, Spanish Fork; Chester, Denver, Colorado; Ralph, Salina; Charles, Logan; Lowell, Salt Lake City; Marion of San Francisco; Mrs. Agatha Sproul, Washington; Mrs. Gail Stout, Berkley, California and Mrs. Jean Isom of Hurricane. She has been active in church work, especially in the Mutual at Colonia Dublan. Her mother spent four weeks visiting with her this summer. |
