Earl J'ardoe, department head. JMr. Terry will have general supervision su-pervision over the production of -Approximately twenty-five plays -luring the year. These one-act plays are directed hy students of the play production class. Problems Prob-lems of scheduling, casting, rehearsing re-hearsing and presentation will o-vme under his supervision. n addition to the one-act plays, T.ie department will present seven 'hree-act plays. The first play on the schedule will be "Counselor at Law," with Coach G. Ott Rom-ney Rom-ney in the leading role. Mr. Rom-ney Rom-ney is also scheduled to teach a public speaking class in the department de-partment tli is year. Other plays which have been selected for dramatization dra-matization are: "Merry Wives of Winsor," "The Wild Duck,' j "Night over Taos," "Comedy of Errors," and two others yet undecided. unde-cided. Mr. Terry has had ten years of experience in stock companies. He will utilize this wealth of dramatic experience in working toward a major in speech this year.
