Miss Fae Terry who has employment em-ployment in St. George was visiting visit-ing her folks on Sunday. Martin Slack, of Tociuervil'.e. and R. D. Adams, of Hurricane were the speakers in our sacrament sacra-ment meeting Sunday. Stephen Jennings returned home during the week from the Veterans hospital at Salt Lake City. He is feeling much better and has gone back to Long Valley where he will resume his work. Miss Agusta Jennings is home again after spending the summer at Glendale. Miss Elaine Millett, who was recently married is visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ira Millett. Rulon Mendenhall, of Cedar City was a visitor at the home of Lenard Dalton over the week-end. Mrs. Whilford Giffprd of Spring-dale Spring-dale is ill here at the home of her mother, Mrs. Alice Russell. Mr. and Mrs. Willard Blake and son of St. George spent Sunday Sun-day visiting at the David Terry i home. Afton Ballard left for the fall roundup out south. Bishop Ballard and wife returned return-ed from St. George during the week, where the bishop had served serv-ed as a juror. Julius Cox has started oh their new home. Leonard Dalton is home from Henrieville where he spent the last few weeks working on a CC'C camp. |
