Show MESQUITE Mesquite, Nev., Jan. 4. Mrs. Fred Miskin of Los Angeles died in the L. A. general hospital on Dec 23. She' was a movie star, also a good church worker, a highly esteemed young woman of 23 years. Her remains re-mains were brought to her home here for burial, arriving on Christmas Christ-mas day. Funeral services were held Monday morning. The remains were buried in the Bunkerville cemetary beside her father and mother, Myron and Louisa Abbott. Her husband, ten brothers and three sisters survive her, Mina of Delta; John of Nampa, Idaho; Israel of Port Arthur, Texas; Clarence of Tacoma, Wash.; Mrs. Geo. Woodhoff of. Upland, Calif.; Wm. E., James S., L. R D. A., Thomas, Nathan Abbott, Mrs. Tlios. Leavitt and Mrs. John Horsley, all of this valley. Her husband remained a few days' visiting with the family-he family-he has now returned to his home at Los Angeles, California. Many visitors were here for the Christmas holidays but all have returned re-turned to their homes, schools and labor. |
