Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Sa't Lake City, Utah, December, 6, 1926. Notice is hereby given that the Veyo Irrigation Company, whose principal place of business is Veyo, Utah, has made application in accordance accord-ance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925 to appropriate 1000 acre feet of water from Santa Clara Creek in Washington County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at a point which bears N. 2 6 11' E. 1109 ft. from the SVi cor. of Sec. 11, T. 39 S., R 16 W., S. L. M. and stored stor-ed whenever available during the entire en-tire year in a reservoir, the center of the impounding dam of which bears S. 207 6 ft. and W. 17S0 ft. from the SE cor. of Sec. lO, T. 39 S., R. 16 W., S. L. M. Said water is to be released re-leased from the reservoir and allowed allow-ed to flow down Cane Spring Wash .and mingled with the waters of Santa Clara Creek and rediverted into the Veyo Canal at a point which bears S 25' 31' W. 2555 ft. from the NE cor. of Sec. 23, T. 39 S., R. 16 W., S. L. M. and used during the entire year for the? irrigation of 300 acres of iand embraced in parts of Sec. 6 and 7, T. 40 S., R. 16 W.. Sees. 1. 2. 11 12 13. T. 40 S., R. 17 W., S. L. M. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as Fiie No. 10057. Ail pretens against the granting of said application, stating the reasons reas-ons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of 51.00, and filed in this office within thirty (301 days after the com nletion of the publication of this notice.
