The college students were assembled as-sembled together last Thursday. Mr. Smith brought up some important im-portant principles for them to follow in their school work for this coming winter. The assembly, Friday, September Septem-ber 28, under the direction of Mr. Bleak, was very entertaining. It is to be representative of the students of Leeds, La Verkin, Washington, Middleton, and Pintura. The Lambda Beta Theata sorority sor-ority met Wednesday night and re-organized for the coming winter. win-ter. The sorority will continue the study Of modern poetry as its fall quarter project. The Delta Phi Alpha met Tuesday Tues-day afternoon, for the first time this year. This club consists of honor music students of the college. Dr .McGregor is giving physical examinations to all students of the school. This is a continuation continua-tion of the service he gave to the school last year, and those students who did not receive these examinations last year will receive them in the near future. A desert terrarium, commonly known as a serpentarium, has recently re-cently been installed by the biology biol-ogy department of the Dixie College. Col-lege.
