Show SANTA CLARA Mrs. Rose Beacham spent several sev-eral days last week visiting -at Mount Carmel. LaZell Stuckl and June Gubler left for Salt Lake and from there they are leaving for tSan Francisco and the coast. Miss Carol Hafen has employment employ-ment in St. George for the present pre-sent time. Miss Vivian Leavitt left for Provo to attend the B. Y. U. Miss Florence Gubler, Ervin and Fay Tobler all of Overton, were week-end visitors here at the home 'of Mr. and Mrs. Ensign Gubler. Leon. J., Grant and Andrew Lamb spent the week-end fishing at Enterprise Reservoir. Hyrum Gubler has the misfortune misfor-tune of falling from a horse and crushing his knee. Rex Bauer left for Cedar City to attend the B. A. C. this coming com-ing term. Mr. and Mrs. Esther Stucki and family have moved to Cedar City to spend the winter. The Geneoligical Organization furnished the program in our Sacrament meeting Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. William T. Morris, Mor-ris, Sr., Mr. and Mrs. Little, Mir. and Mrs. William Morris, Jr., and Miss Emma Brooksby all of St. George were Sunday visitors here. Marvin Graff left for Provo to attend school at the B. Y. U. Sylvan Graff spent the weekend week-end here from Escalante he is teaching school. Mr. and Mrs. Grant Hafen and baby left for Carp, Nevada to spend the winter. |
