Show A PROCLAMATION WHEREAS, the Federal Government Gov-ernment has proclaimed the period per-iod from October 12 to December 16, 1934, Friday, Saturday and Sunday of each week, for the shooting of migratory wildfowl in the State of Utah. NOW THEREFORE, I, Newell B. Cook, State Fish and Game Commissioner of the State of Utah, in accordance with said ruling and under the authority of Beetion 30-0-59, Revised Statutes of Utah, 1933, do hereby 6 clare the period commencing at (Continued on page five) PROCLAMATION (Continued from page one) sunrise October 12 and continuing continu-ing each Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only, until sundown on the evening of December 16, as the only dates ifor the hunting of migratory wildfowl in the State of Utah in the year 1934. Provided Pro-vided that the hunting hours of each hunting day shall commence at sunrise and close at sunset, and that during the said open season the following daily bag limit and possession limit shall maintain throughout the State of Utah, to-wit: Ducks (except wood duck, ruddy duck, and bufflehead duck) twelve in the aggregate of all kinds but not more than five of any one kind or more than five in the aggregate of the following species: eider duck, canvasbaek, redhead, greater scaup, lesser scaup, ring-neck, blue-wing teal, green-wing teal, cinnamon teal, shoveller, and gad wall; and any person at any one time may possess not more than 24 ducks in the aggregate of all binds, hnt not. rrmre than ten of any one, or more than ten in the aggregate, of the following fol-lowing species: eider duck, canvas can-vas back, redhead, greater scaup, lesser scaup, rlngneck, blue-wing teal, green-wing teal, cinnamon teal, shoveller and gadwall. Geese Four in the aggregate of all kinds daily and any person per-son at any one time may possess not more than eight geese or brant in the aggregate of all kinds. Wilson's Jacksnlpe twenty. ICoot Twenty-five, with two days daily bag limit as possession limit. It shall be unlawful to shoot or shoot at any migratory wildfowl wild-fowl in the State of Utah with any caliber of rifile. Provided further that ducks in the State of Utah may be taken according to regulation three, entitled "Means by which Game Birds May be Taken," as issued in the proclamation of 1934 by the President of the United States.
