Show HURRICANE Saturday and Sunday conference confer-ence for Zion Park Stake was held. Rulon S. Wells represented represent-ed the general authorities from I -Salt Lake City. The Zion Park L. D. S. Sem-jinary Sem-jinary made a Temple trip to St. George, on February Gth, where 'they were baptized for 416 dead. They stayed over and saw the greatest basketball game of the season between Hurricane High and the Dixie High schools. James Judd returned home from Provo on Saturday. He saw the besketball game at Provo last Friday night between B. Y. U. and the Utah Aggies. He stated that he received first hand information that the B. Y. U. had to return money to 180 alumni students who sent money in advance for seats to the game and the school could not fill the orders because all the seats were sold out. Mrs. Alvin Englestead is seriously ser-iously ill at her home. She has been in the Cedar City hospital hos-pital but was removed to her home in Hurricane. Since then she has received a set back in her recovery. Wle all hope for her speedy recovery. |
