Show The Dixie F. F. A. second year basketball team defeated Cedar junior high here Monday night by a score of 19 to 15. Alva Snow was high scorer for Dixie with S 'points, with Clayton Prince playing an airtight game on defense. Cedar tied the score in the third quarter, and forged ahead 13 to 11, but failed to hold the slim lead when Alva Snow suddenly developed a temperature tem-perature which resulted in two baskets and again gave Dixie the lead which the boys maintained to the end. For Cedar, Nelson who played right guard was outstanding and w-as high point man of both teams. He was watched closely by Julian Hall. A return game will be played at Cedar Saturday, February 23, after which the boys are invited to stay for a dance given by the student body Of the Cedar junior high.
