Barrel racers place in Vernal rodeo Cindy Perrin of Antler, Oklahoma, pocketed first place in the girls' barrel race at the Dinosuar Roundup Rodeo with a time of 17.596. She won $288.33. Lynn McKenzie of Shreveport, Louisiana, Loui-siana, nabbed second place at 17.707 and garnered $238.62. Bobette Warren, Vernal, 17.918 and Susan Hill, Blackfoot, Idaho, 17.919 split third and fourth place. Bobette Warren won $164.05 and Susan Hill netted $164.06. Vernal's Cindy Young garnered fifth place in the barrel race with a time of 17.970 and she won $89.48. Gayle Gray, Santa Rose, Calif, placed sixth at 18.005 and. she won $49.71. -T I ' y k x !
