I.';'' Thursday night 16 Devils played South Sevier. Moab fell behind all through the game, . with the Rams overpowering rf;' the Devils 84 to 61. In the first half Moab was behind by 5 ntiv points, and in the third quarter there was very little hope for Moab. In the fourth quarter ,lT- they ended the game with a ,i j icore of 84-61, with South Jij Sevier winning. J High point men for Moab ere Chad Donoghue with 11 Points and 4 rebounds, and Jjl- Kris Knowles with 10 points k. and 2 rebounds. Vjf. Friday night was another v: tough game, with the Devils taking on the Richfield Wild- IV ts. The Wildcats came out I on top 75 to 47 at the end of P'ay. Jjj First quarter both teams l were working very hard with Moab behind only 1 point and pi' t the end of the second A garter Richfield had a lead of J In the third quarter Richfield had everything going 4 for them and was just walking all over Moab, ending the quarter with a lead of 28 points. Richfield ended the game with a big score over the Devils 75-47. High point men for Moab were Pat Cunningham with 13 points and 3 rebounds, and Kris Knowles who had 8 points and 8 rebounds. Moab had a total of 47 points, 29 rebounds while Richfield had 75 points and 5 rebounds. |
