Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer to change water In Grand County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Location in SLB&M. a-8387 (05-1033) Mr. and Mrs. Arlington D. Bigelow, 1563 Hilltop Drive, El Cajon, California 92020, proposes to change the point of diversion, place, and nature of use of 9.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by " Segregation Appl. 39210-a3. The water has been diverted from a 16-inch well, 100-200 ft. deep at a point N. 1300 ft. and W. 200 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 7, T25S, R23E; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 for the irrigation of 1.8 acs. in SEV4 Sec. 7, SW4 Sec. 8, NW'A Sec. 17; NEV4 Sec. 18, all T25S, R23E. Hereafter, 9.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from an 8-inch well, 100-300 ft. deep at a point N. 100 ft. and W. 780 ft. from EVi Cor. Sec. 17, T25S, R23E (812 mi. NE of Moab); and used for domestic purposes of one family, stockwatering of 5 horses; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 for the irrigation of 1.626 acs. in SEV4NEV4, NEV4SEV4 sec. 17, T25S, R23E. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of this application with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before July 26, 1975.
