Show Mishap Claims Life of Area Man A Green River man was fatally injured in an automobile accident about eight miles east of Green River last Sunday Sun-day about 4 a.m. According to Highway Patrol Trooper James Sauls. William C. Anderson, Ander-son, 37, was killed when his sports car crossed the center line and collided col-lided with an auto driven bv Gilbert R. Randall, 36. of Moab. Trooper Sauls said Mr. Anderson's wife, Helen, 33, suffered a broken jaw. Mr. Randall, his wife, Lydia Norris Randall, 34. and their children, Tina Marie Norris, James G. Norris and Stacey Randall were uninjured. un-injured. William Charles Anderson, An-derson, 37, was born November No-vember 13, 1935 in North Bend, Nebraska to Charles Char-les and Winnie Shankland Anderson. He married Helen Dremer on August 25, 1956 in Omaha, Nebraska. Ne-braska. He had been an employee em-ployee of Celesco Indus-tires Indus-tires since May 18, 1964 and at the time of his death was a test engineer for Celesco at the Green River Missile Base. He was named top company employee of the year in 1967. He was a graduate of DeVry Tech. in Chicago. Chi-cago. Mr. Anderson was also an Eagle Scout and a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association. As-sociation. He was a member of the Price Elks Lodge 1550. He served ser-ved in the U.S. Army as a radio repairman. Survivors include his widow and parents, North Bend. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, at 3 p.m. in the Price Elks Lodge. Friends may call at the Mitchell Funeral Chapell, 235 E. Main in Price and Saturday prior to services. Cremation is to follow the service. |
