Show Juvenile Court Reports Action on Cases in Moab Three boys appeared on delinquency charges in Fifth District Juvenile Court on . S.pt. 13, before Judge Paul Keller.' Two of the boys were charged char-ged with attempting to make long distance phone calls without paying for the calls and a third boy was charged with damaging another boy's bicycle. All three boys were on probation at the time of the alleged offenses. One of the boys had his probation extended twelve months and was ordered de-. tained if he further violated his probation. The other boy was ordered to obtain treatment treat-ment through the Mental Health Center and was order, ed to be detained if there were any further violations of probation. The third boy was ordered to pay restitution for the damage to the bicycle. Two boys were ordered to pay $20 fines for driving without a license. A seventeen seven-teen year old girl was given a suspended sentence for having ha-ving improper registration on an automobile. Bail of $100 was forfeited in a case involving an out of state youth charged with illegal possession of a controlled con-trolled substance. Two other youths from out of state were placed on probation for the same charge. |
