Low Interest Available On Loans Because of recent legislation, legisla-tion, the interest rate on emergency em-ergency loans advanced by the Farmers Home Administration Admini-stration will be as low as 1 per cent, it was announced recently by Clarence A. Anderson, An-derson, state director. These loans are available in Grand and San Juan Coun-, ties because of summer drought conditions. Frost damage da-mage in some northern Utah Counties also allowed the loans to be made available. The legislation also provides provid-es that under certain conditions, condi-tions, part of the repayment of the loan will be canceled.
