Show Huae Turnout at Benefit For Dick Cozzens Approximately 1 ,300 people were served at a special benefit dinner for Richard O. Co.ens at the LDS Church on Friday, Fri-day, May 11. Officials in charge of the dinner slated that some $1,100 was contributed to the Co.ens family at the affair. Mr. Cozzens was stricken with a serious illness earlier this year. The Moab Stake Relief Society was in charge and did the planning and organization or-ganization of the dinner. The Green River, First, Second, Third and Fourth Wards in Moab, and the LaSal and Paradox, Colorado Col-orado Branches of the LDS Church prepared the food with City Market cooking the meat and the bakeries at City Market and Miller's Supermarket Supermark-et providing the rolls. JoAnn Cox and a group of her piano students furnished fur-nished dinner music for the meal. Table decorations decora-tions were provided by the Stake Primary and Allen Memorial Hospital. Hospit-al. In charge of table and cha i r a r rang e m e n t s were the American Legion Le-gion and Elders Quorums and girls from the Stake MIA served and cleared tables. Welcoming visitors visit-ors to the dinner were Vail Hatt of Green River, , Bishop Robert Dalton and Bud Arehart.
