Show I STATE LAND TIMBER FOR SALE STATE LAND TIMBER SALE. LASAL MOUNTAINS, MOUN-TAINS, PINK RIDGK SALK, located within Sections 11. 12, 13 and 14; T 26 South. K 25 East: S.L.M. Sealed bids can be sent to the Area Forester, Utah Forestry and Fire Control, P.O. Box 1203. Moab. Utah, or the sealed bid may be submitted before the bid opening. Bid opening will be held at the Area Forester's Office. 94 East Center Street, Moab. I'tah at 10:00 a.m. on June 11, 1973. to be followed immediately by oral bidding, for an estimated esti-mated 2.000.000 net board feet of Ponderosa pine sawtimber to be marked for cutting. The minimum acceptable bid is S55.45 per M board feet plus an administrative administra-tive fee of S2.00 per M board feet. The full purchase price of the timber will be due 10 days after the sale date unless a bond for double the purchase price is supplied to the State. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved. Full information concerning con-cerning the timber, the conditions of sale, and the submission of bids should be obtained from the Area Forester, Moab. Notice of Public Hearing A Public Hearing will be conducted by the Utah State Building Board concerning the design elements of the Highway Maintenance Station to be built about one mile south of Thompson in Grand County, adjacent to the county road to Valley Citv. This hearing will be held at 12:00 o'clock n9on May 23, 1973 in the Council Coun-cil Chamber, Moab City Hall, 121 East Center Street, Moab, Utah. All interested persons or groups are invited to attend at-tend and participate. Anyone unable to attend can have their comments considered and included in the record by submitting submit-ting them in writing to the Utah State Building Board, 124 State Capitol Building, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, no laterthan June 3, 1973.
