Leland Goodman when he transferred to Mississippi Mis-sissippi early last summer. Rev. Phillip Hudson came to the Moab church after spending 15 months with the (Central Heights . Baptist Church in Globe, Arizona. iRev. Hudson lived in the iMoab area in 1954 while his iparents looked for uranium iand he attended Grand County High School. He and ihis family "have always wanted to come back," but this was the first opportunity opportun-ity for them to do so and they like it here very mucn. The Hudsons became aw-are aw-are of the vacancy here -.when they visited relatives in Moab some time ago, and .Rev. Hudson was asked to give the sermon at the local church. The position of pastor pas-tor was offered to him and he decided to accept. Rev. Hudson and his wife, Wanda, have two children. -Cindy, 10, and Paul, 6. |
