Show Hospital Assn. Conference Scheduled in St. Georqe Mr. Thc-ron Godfrey. Administrator Ad-ministrator of the Logan Hospital, will preside over the . Utah State Hospital Association Associa-tion Annual Convention in St. George. Utah. Noveniher 3-5. The theme of the convention will be 'Patient Care is Our Affair." Hospital administrators from around the state will meet to discuss the urgent issues of health and hospital care for the people of the state of Utah. The Council on Hospital Auxiliaries, headed by Mrs. Althea Richins. will hold joint and separate sessions for representatives from the volunteer vol-unteer auxiliaries of each of the state's hospitals. Also holding concurrent sessions will be the state Hospital Financial Management Association, Asso-ciation, Medical Records Association, As-sociation, Medical Librarians, Society of Public Relations, Personnel Association, and Management Systems Association. Dr. Rolfe Kerr, President of Dixie College, St. George, will be the keynote speaker at the first general session Thursday morning. He will be joined by David G. Williamson, Senior Vice President of Hospital Corporation of America, Nashville, Tennessee, who will be a principal speaker at the session, as will be Michael M. Hash, Director, Division of Legislation, American Hospital Hospi-tal Association, Washington, D.C. Guest speaker at the luncheon lunch-eon that day will be Howard G. Wilcox, M.D., coordinator of professional education at the VA Hospital, Salt Lake City, and a member of the faculty of the University of Utah. His topic will be, "The Affair of a President's Care," dealing with the health of past U.S. presidents. The second general session will feature Robert L. Montgomery, Mont-gomery, Executive Vice President Presi-dent of Alta Bates Hospital, Berkeley, California, and Treasurer of the Association of Western Hospitals; Paul J. Bomboulian.
