Colorado, i Mr. I'hillips was born Oct. 2l . I9I l in Carey. Idaho, and was married to Fannie F. Fairbanks- Oct. II. 19-4-4 in Dillon, Mont. He w as a retired Bureau of Indian Affairs employee in charge of irrigation irrigat-ion in the Navajo district, and he and his wife lived on the reservation between 1950 and 197I. Survivors include his wife of Moab, and a brother, Fred Phillips. Missouri. Services will be at 2 p.m. with Fr. Sanford Hampton officiating. Visitors may call between 5 and 9 p.m. Oct. 27 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Cemetery. |
