Show MIAMA WONDER'S GROWTH. Some Interesting developments are reported re-ported on the properties of the Mlama Wonder Mining company. This is the ground for which $75,000 in cash was paid by a lot of Salt Lake talent, Including W. V. Rice. W. H. Clark, Capt. A. H. Mayne. J. L. Weber and Frank Lathrop. The ground was known as the Ontario group and comprises eighty-odd acres, lying between be-tween the Vulture, the first shipper of the camp, and Col. Posey's Gold King group, and is said to have the same ledge as the Vulture and Jack Pot mines. The original Interest taken over by the incorporators is reported to have been only a three-fourths Interest, but as they have the control it was an easy matter to get the remaining shareholders interested with them and development de-velopment work was started on an extensive exten-sive scale at once. None of the particulars of the find are given In the announcement that has been sent to this olty, but as there had been some development on the property at the time the new purchasers assumed control, It seems that every one was prepared to hear of the most encouraging reports from the ground at any time. 'Capt. Mayne Is given the credit of having found the ground a desirable one. and arranged with the original holders for a price. It is said that the Salt Lakers depended upon his report of the conditions, of the property and made the Investment without having visited the ground, which promises to be , one of the first big producing properties in the camp of Wonder. |
