Show HOUSE PASSES AN UNLUCKY 13 Members of Lower Body of Legislature UnchecKed by Any Superstitious Fears; Five Bills Die. The House of Representatives yesterday yester-day passed thirteen bills and killed five, aa the result of Its day's work. One new bill waa Introduced and nine bills were added to the already huge calendar that the Houae will have to go through in the hext six daya. . A conference committee was appointed by the Houae to confer with & Senate committee on S. B. No. 3. the new medical medi-cal bill. The Speaker appointed- McMillan, McMil-lan, Thompson and Miller. The following bills passed the House, Iwith scarcely any difficulty. H. B." 104 (Kuchler) Relating to the duties of the county assessors. H. B. 164 (Randall, by request ) Fixing the salary and prescribing the dutlea of clerk of the municipal court. H. B. 204 (Robinson) Relating to the compensation ot. members of the boards of school trustees. H.
